We offer pleasant and flexible working conditions for highly qualified
Legal Assistants, Client Liaisons, Law Clerks, Attorneys, Personal Assistants, and Assistants Providing
Personal Protection
We provide a very high level of quality service and representation to our clients and we have a high
standard regarding the people with whom we work, and we strive to maintain
accommodating, flexible, and harmonious
working relationships with those who meet this standard.
Our flexible system enables us to work with
exceptionally skilled and talented people by offering them work they can do around their family needs and other
interests.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for Federal Holidays.   Associates may work outside of
these hours if/when it may be more convenient for them, but are never obligated to do so.
We work with Legal Assistants, Client Liaisons, Law Clerks, and Attorneys who consistently:
1.   Are conscientious, reliable, and interested enough to function well within the very
flexible working conditions we
offer.
  --Working with us in Litigation requires functioning at a very high level regarding mental
focus, attention to
detail, responsiveness,
time-management/organization skill, and an ability and willingness to Communicate.
We work with people who
have a high enough level of interest and sense of responsibility to give
this work the
priority required to fit it in with the rest of
their lives without
having to be micromanaged (i.e., follow our written instructions, follow through with the things they gauge they
can get done and work them into their schedules around the other obligations, interests, preferred activities, and limitations they have,
and complete the
assignments they choose to accept at any given time within the time frames they
agree will work for them);
  and
2.   Follow guidelines of general Business
Etiquette when dealing with us and/or our clients on the phone, by e-mail, and/or in person
(i.e., behave in ways intended to make others feel comfortable in a business/professional setting,
and exert the effort necessary to interact
pleasantly in a cordial business/professional manner --
i.e., act with diplomacy and tact and maintain a positive, responsive, and even-tempered attitude,
while also respecting others' limits and boundaries and maintaining a proper business/professional formality);
  and
3.   Respect and act within the limits and/or parameters set by the job definition and/or contract;
  and
4.   Have basic computer, word processing, e-mail, and English grammar skills developed enough,
and have a high enough level of interest in this work,
to get their
work done in an efficient and timely manner, and keep the communication flowing by e-mail;
  and
5.   Feel comfortable enough speaking and using a computer and e-mail that they can speak and use e-mail
as necessary to do this work;
  and
6.   Maintain their own voice mail and e-mail systems, and their own schedules,
in such a way that enables them to
receive e-mails and
voice mails at least every 48 hours in case we need to communicate with them in these ways;
  and
7.   Are willing and able to maintain communication with us in professionally responsive manners
(i.e., within 48 hours of our requests).
